LeveragePlus Transaction Coordinator Review

Let’s start with a high-level overview of the pros and cons of LeveragePlus transaction coordination services to set the tone and direction for the rest of our review.

Pros

  • The company offers a wide range of real estate support services for the convenience of one-stop-shopping
  • LeveragePlus’s customer reviews and ratings are positive
  • They offer their TC and listing preparation services across all 50 states

Cons

  • LeveragePlus transaction coordination services are somewhat basic
  • Much of their marketing services revolve around print materials
  • The website is vague and unclear about the specifics of their transaction coordination services and marketing support
  • Their pricing includes many additional fees for certain services
  • The TC team seems a bit small to handle too many files sufficiently

With those highlights in mind, let’s move on with our review. Next, we’ll explore LeveragePlus’ pricing.

Overall Experience & Years in the Business

LeveragePlus was founded in 2021, meaning they’ve been in business for just over four years.

LeveragePlus’s website offers brief professional bios of the various team members and leadership. Overall, the staffing team appears to be experienced and has many years of experience in the real estate business.

Overall Experience & Years in the Business

LeveragePlus’s positive customer reviews indicate that it has a capable, experienced transaction coordinator and marketing staff.

The next item in our review is LeveragePlus’s service area coverage.

Service Area Coverage

LeveragePlus offers transaction coordinator and marketing services in all 50 states.

Their website does not mention any external support staff, freelance network, or contract transaction coordinators. There’s no way to gauge the company’s workload, so it’s hard to tell if their small staff can handle large projects or a heavy volume of transactions.

This raises concerns that my transaction may not receive thorough attention or time. Also, a small, overworked staff is more prone to making mistakes.

Now, these are just basic, typical concerns; one cannot know until one works with the company.

Next, let’s examine LeveragePlus’s ordering process for transaction coordination services.

Ordering & Tech Platform

LeveragePlus mentions that it relies on Keller Williams transaction coordinator software. However, it doesn’t indicate if that’s its only platform.

I was an agent at Keller Williams when I started my real estate career over a decade ago.

My experience with the company was positive, but their software programs left much to be desired. Ironically, they bragged about how amazing it was. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. Maybe things have changed over the years. Maybe not.

LeveragePlus doesn’t offer any details on how to place an order or upload documents.

Moving on in our review, let’s examine LeveragePlus’s website and customer support options.

Customer Support

LeveragePlus’s website is a bit jumpy and slow to load. Also, I think some links are broken or misdirected. Here are some other observations:

  • The site is repetitive when it comes to describing the company’s services
  • Some sections appear blank or missing information
  • Overall, the layout and design are basic and uninspiring

In terms of customer support, there is no live chat feature. However, there are telephone numbers and emails listed for contacting the company.

The website lists LeveragePlus’s business hours as 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, there is no mention of how to contact the company in the evenings or on the weekend.

As a real estate professional, this also raises concerns. So much of our business happens in the evenings and over the weekend. What if I need to check on a transaction, need file information to conduct negotiations, or require other support?

Our next review item examines any additional benefits or services LeveragePlus offers.

Additional Benefits & Services

leverageplus

In addition to real estate transaction coordinator services, LeveragePlus also offers the following:

  • Listing coordination
  • Email marketing
  • Print marketing materials and design services
  • Social media marketing coordination

LeveragePlus’s website mentions digital marketing several times. Unfortunately, they don’t appear to offer many digital marketing services. For example, I don’t see any mention of single property websites, virtual staging, photo editing, or virtual tours.

It’s hard to imagine successful real estate marketing today without such digital solutions.

Okay, let’s take a look at the results of our review so far.

Pros & Cons Summary

As we begin to summarize our review of LeveragePlus, let’s note some overall observations.

Positive Considerations

  • The company operates nationwide in all 50 states
  • Its customer reviews are mostly positive
  • They offer a full range of real estate support services
  • The staff and leadership appear to be competent and highly experienced

In terms of concerns or negative considerations, the following items stand out.

Negative Considerations

  • Customer support is limited to regular business hours
  • The company doesn’t provide enough details about their service packages
  • There are a few mentions of Keller Williams software programs, making me think that LeveragePlus is simply a KW spin-off
  • Effective real estate marketing is digital, and most of their marketing services are print materials

Perhaps my most significant concern is LeveragePlus’s small staff. Two transaction coordinators can only handle so many files effectively.

Let’s finalize our review by answering whether LeveragePlus transaction coordination services are worth using.

Our Verdict – Is LeveragePlus Worth It?

leverageplus

Is LeveragePlus worth working with for transaction coordinator and real estate marketing services?

I think the answer is maybe

Based on our review, LeveragePlus appears to offer quality transaction coordinator services. The staff are experienced, and client reviews indicate high satisfaction.

However, LeveragePlus is vague about its transaction coordinator software, and if it’s based on a Keller Williams platform, I have strong reservations.

In terms of pricing, LeveragePlus’s rates are not the cheapest, but they’re not the most expensive, either. Still, there are certainly less costly options.

Finally, their real estate marketing services look somewhat outdated. Yes, print materials and mailers still play a supporting role in industry marketing.

But, brokers and agents realize faster sales for better prices using the latest digital marketing tools, which LeveragePlus doesn’t seem to offer.

Therefore, it might be worth trying LeveragePlus, but I know of a better option.
