You sure can! Our free plan allows you to place on-demand orders for media enhancement and transaction coordination as well as build and launch a single property website and virtual tour to try before you buy. You can view plan pricing here.

Of course you can. All users begin on our “free” plan which has no monthly fee. When you want to place a media order, you will pay at the time of purchase. You only need to subscribe to get access to our listing and transaction management tools on more than one address or to have more than one user on your account.

Our team plan is perfect for teams and small brokerages and comes with up to 10 active users. We plan on having specific plans for brokers soon. If you are interested in larger plans for more users, please contact us at sales@agentup.com and we’ll reach out to you directly.

The core organizing filter in AgentUp is the “property”. All virtual staging and photo editing orders are attached to a unique property to allow you to find your media easily. Properties will be created for every media order but you can create an unlimited number of additional properties in your account to store media files and organize your listings. 

Active properties are ones that are making use of any of our listing tools. Every active property includes a Property Website, Virtual Tour, and Digital Flyers for no additional cost. Ordering any one of these listing tools makes a property “active”. Just fill in the appropriate information and upload the appropriate media to get started. 

An active property is one that is launched and live. Properties with a Property Website or Virtual Tour that is still in “draft”, is not yet active and will not count towards your total. After your listing sells, you can all archive any active property which will remove them from your active property count. 

You are able to have one active property at a time on our free plan. For more active properties, you will need to subscribe to one of our subscription plans. For additional information, you can view plan pricing here.
