Overall, Kelly Right Real Estate seems to offer just basic transaction coordination services in terms of closings. 

Pros and Cons Summary

To best understand and review Kelly Right Real Estate transaction coordination services, you must note that they are a discount, online real estate brokerage.

Their primary focus is real estate brokering and mortgage lending, while transaction coordination services appear to be an add-on. 

Additionally, I can only find one transaction coordinator working for the brokerage in my research and review. Her online bio seems fine; perhaps she has a team working under her, but there’s no mention of that.

Where this is all going is the increasing realization of the following:

An agent using Kelly Right Real Estate’s transaction coordination services uploads their contracts and paperwork. Then, the company’s only transaction coordinator reviews the paperwork. 

If the company has only one TC working across 10 states, how much attention could she give to any particular transaction? And what about if a problem or delay arises in the closing process? These questions raise significant issues. 

Further, I sense that most communication and updates are all automated, generic messaging. Any real estate agent who has closed more than a few transactions knows the advantage of a personal connection to the transaction coordinator and other staff.

While it’s true that Kelly Right Real Estate TC services are reasonably priced, you don’t get that much for your money. 

Alright, let’s summarize and wrap up our review by offering our verdict on whether we can recommend working with Kelly Right Real Estate transaction coordination services. 

Our Verdict – Is Kelly Right Real Estate Worth It?

Based on our thorough review and research, I can’t recommend Kelly Right Real Estate transaction coordination services. Here’s a summary of my reasons why.

First, they have only one transaction coordinator. Her role appears to be primarily one of reviewing paperwork, not personally communicating with clients or the other professionals involved in closing the sale. How much attention will my transaction actually receive?

Second, Kelly Right Real Estate is a brokerage with over 800 agents. I would assume they will give priority services to their own agents. With a staff of 1 TC and 800 of their own agents, what level and quality of service can I, a non-Kelly Right agent, realistically expect?

Third, they lack information on how their technical platform functions, whether I can track my transaction’s progress myself, and who I should reach out to if there are issues.

Fourth, the brokerage doesn’t offer any additional services or benefits. This means I will have to work with different companies for marketing or real estate assistant support, which will require extra time and only add complexity to my job. 

Therefore, my summary is based on the following:

  • Kelly Right Real Estate is a discount online brokerage
  • Transaction coordination is not its primary focus
  • They appear to employ only one transaction coordinator 

I don’t want to trust my clients, sales, and closings and closing to an impersonal and rudimentary service.
